Suzlon files red herring prospectus
CHENNAI:
Suzlon Energy Ltd. (Suzlon) on Tuesday filed its draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India for its initial public offer of 29.34 million equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at premium. The price will be determined through the book-building route. Of this, 26.76 million equity shares will be an issue of fresh equity by Suzlon. CiticorpInternational Finance Corporation Inc. will be making an offer for sale of 2.58 million equity shares, says a release.
