Training in spicy products
A one-day training on preparation of spicy products will be conducted by the Urban Horticulture Development Centre of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University on July 20 at the Development Centre at Kilpauk.
The programme is open to housewives, urban entrepreneurs, NGO's and self-help groups. The course will cover the preparation of spicy products like sambar powder, rasam powder, coconut powder, gingili powder, tamarind powder, curry leaf power, channa masala, garam masala, fish masala, chicken masala, chilli chicken masala.
The registration fee for the training is Rs.300.
