Floating conference
Next year's conference of Interventional Cardiologists is on a floating venue.
The four-day meeting will be held on board the luxury cruise liner `Super Star Virgo.'
The modern cruise liner, which will start from Singapore, has been touted as the `Palace on the Sea.'
There will be presentations on diagnostic modalities in cardiology, the latest topics in acute ischemic syndrome, left main interventions and lipid lowering therapy.
Registration for the meet closes in September and the delegate fee is Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 40,000 for industry professionals.
The luxury liner will also dock at Penang in Malaysia and Phuket in Thailand. The organisers are terming the conference as a "scientific feast."
