VISAKHAPATNAM: The Commissioner of Police, V.S.K. Kaumudi, and the Superintendent of Police, V.V. Srinivasa Rao, would address the students of Andhra University in two batches on the demoralising effect of ragging on freshers, at the AU Assembly Hall on Thursday. The Vice-Chancellor, L. Venugopal Reddy, will preside. The session for students from the College of Science and Technology would start at 10 a.m. and it would be followed by another session from 11 a.m. for students from the College of Arts and Commerce.
