Free Sanskrit classes

The Sai Gayatri Institute Human Transformation Trust of Ukkunagaram will conduct free Sanskrit classes at the Shirdi Sai Temple Complex in Sector 8 from August 1. According to the trust secretary, M. Development works reviewed

Developmental works being undertaken by the Waltair Division of the East Coast Railway were reviewed at the Divisional Railway Users Consultative Committee meeting held in the Divisional Railway Manager's office here on Tuesday. The DRM, S.V. Arya, who presided, and the DRUCC secretary and Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, K.V.R. AIDS awareness

The Mahila Vikasa Samstha conducted a HIV/AIDS awareness programme, Nagara Sabhalu, under the Statewide run `Aasha' programme at Venkateswara Metta here on Tuesday. R. Srinivas Rao, medical officer of Bheemnagar dispensary, spoke on various aspects of the pandemic. J. Srinivasa Rao, a HIV +ve patient, urged participants not to discard the affected. The project manager of MVS, P. Shyam Babu, the former corporator of ward number 12, Nara Nageswara Rao, and president of Sri Gowri Sangham, S. Venkata Rao, participated. - Staff Reporter

No water supply

Due to a burst in the Thatipudi pipeline near Srungavarapukota, there will be no supply of water in certain areas in the following wards on Wednesday. Ward numbers 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 31, 32, 34 and 37. - Staff Reporter
