Award for Principal

The Vijayasree Award of the India International Friendship Society for 2005 has been presented to Sr. Louisa, Principal of Holy Angels' Convent Higher Secondary School. Karnataka Minister for Sericulture C. Chennigappa gave away the award at a seminar on "Economic growth and national integration" in Bangalore in June.

Sr. Louisa has been selected for the award for her sincere and dedicated service to the school, which helped in bringing out the best in the students and taking the school to newer heights. Her active involvement in charitable work was also considered.
