TIRUNELVELI: A youth has been arrested under Goondas Act. Police sources said R. Radhakrishnan alias Radha (26) of Seruppancode in Kanyakumari district was involved in chain-snatching, robbery and vehicle-lifting incidents in places under the jurisdiction of Perumalpuram, Palayamkottai and Bhoothapandi police stations. Moreover, he created trouble for the public. So, the Deputy Inspector General of Police, K. Gopalakrishnan, ordered his arrest under Goondas Act. He was lodged in the Palayamkottai Central Prison on July 13.
