TUTICORIN: TUTICORIN: Members of the Tamil Nadu Government Employees Union (TNGEU) observed a fast in front of the Collectorate here on Thursday. Maria Antony Ruswalt, district secratary, TNGEU, told mediapersons that the State Government should take steps to merge dearness allowance with basic pay, fill vacancies to various posts immediately and distribute salary for noon meal workers through treasury.
