PONDICHERRY: The Vice president of the Puduchery Munnetra Congress (PMC), P. Ayyanarappan told newsmen here here on Thursday that the party had drawn up elaborate programme to celebrate the birth anniversary of Kamaraj on Friday by holding a public meeting on Pondicherry-Mudaliarpet route. He said that the founder of the party and former Minister of Pondicherry P. Kannan would come out with the party's strategies and policies to combat poverty, unemployment and other ills of people in the Union Territory.
