Contributions for textile institute

COIMBATORE: The Powerloom Development and Export Promotion Council has donated Rs. 10 lakhs to the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Institute of Textile Management for construction of two class rooms. Former Chairman of the council, M. Senthil Kumar, handed over the cheque to the Secretary, Union Ministry of Textiles, R. Poornalingam, here recently.
