Garen K. Staglin appointed on EXL's board

NEW DELHI: ExlService Holdings Inc., a leading third party business process outsourcing company, on Thursday announced the appointment of Garen K. Staglin as an independent director on EXL's board with effect from June 24. Mr. Staglin comes on board with over 30 years' experience in the financial services and technology industries.
