Gecis acquires Creditek Corporation
NEW DELHI:
Gecis, formerly GE Capital International Services, has announced acquisition of Creditek Corporation, a leader in order-to-cash cycle and enterprise receivables management, based in Parsippany, New Jersey. It is Gecis' first acquisition since GE restructured the company last year, inviting private equity firms General Atlantic and Oak Hill Capital Partners to take a 60 per cent interest in the firm.
