THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Candidates who have received allotment for various medical and engineering courses - except MBBS and BDS - should report for admission on August 1, 2 and 3 as per the revised admission schedule, according to a press note issued by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations on Monday. Candidates should report on these days at the respective colleges with the required documents. In the case of candidates who do not report on these days, their admission and higher order option would stand cancelled. The higher order options should be submitted so as to reach the office of the CEE before August 1. The option forms would be accepted at the allotment venues from July 25. Classes for the MBBS/BDS programmes would commence on August 1 and other medical/agricultural/B.Pharm. and engineering courses would commence on August 8 or earlier. Applications to cancel the higher order option should reach the office of the CEE before August 6. The revised admission schedule is given below. August 1, Monday, 9.30 a.m: All medical/agricultural courses except MBBS/BDS. Engineering courses: Electronics and Communication (EC), Agricultural Engineering (AG), Dairy Science (DS), Agriculture (AR). August 1, Monday, 1.30 p.m.: Civil Engineering (CE), Instrumentation and Control (IC), Biomedical (BM). August 2, Tuesday, 9.30 a.m: Mechanical Engineering (ME), Biotechnology (BT), Industrial Engineering (IE) and Mechanical Production (MP). August 2, Tuesday, 1.30 p.m.: Computer Science (CS), Production Engineering (PP), Mechanical Automobile (MA) and Automobile Engineering (AU). August 3, Wednesday, 9.30 a.m.: Electrical and Electronics (EE), Applied Electronics (AE), Electronics and Instrumentation (EI), Printing Technology (PT) and B.Pharm. August 3, Wednesday, 1.30 p.m.: Information Technology (IT), Chemical Engineering (CH) and Polymer Engineering (PO).
