CUDDAPAH: An Israeli delegation visited YSR Estates, belonging to the Chief Minister, Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, at Idupulapaya in Vempalle mandal on Tuesday, to explore the scope for setting up a pomegranate juice making unit at Pulivendula. The chief of Consultancy, Israeli Chamber of Commerce, Ravin Brian and member, Dhama, Greenfeld CEO, Raghu, DWMA Project Director, P. Easwara Reddy, and OSD of Pulivendula, R. Hariprakash, inspected two places in the Estates to identify suitable land for raising pomegranate plantations. They promised to invest money for raising plantations and marketing facilities. Later they interacted with farmers at the Vempalle MDO office.
