KOZHIKODE: Anweshi Women's Counselling Centre president K. Ajitha has in an affidavit to the Assistant Sessions Judge 11, Kozhikode, pleaded that the former Minister and Indian Union Muslim League State general secretary P.K. Kunhalikutty be impleaded as an accused in the Kozhikode ice-cream parlour sex racket case. In an affidavit submitted before the Judge in a criminal miscellaneous petition (of 2005/Sessions case 124 of 2002), the Anweshi president (petitioner and de facto complainant) has said that the statements made by complainant-witnesses in the case clearly establish the involvement of Mr. Kunhalikutty in the case. The case will come up for hearing before the Sub Judge V.Shiny in the Assistant Sessions Court-1, Kozhikode, on July 27.
