MAHABUBNAGAR: The District Collector M. Jagadeeshwar, who made a surprise inspection of various Government institutions at Koilkonda mandal headquarters on Wednesday, suspended the panchayat secretary and a fair price shop dealer.

When the Collector visited the village, the panchayat secretary Venugopal was found to be absent from duty. After finding that Venugopal was not maintaining headquarters he was placed under suspension by the Collector. Mr. Jagadeeshwar also suspended a fair price shop dealer for keeping the shop closed.
