CHENNAI: AIESEC, an international organisation for young people to discover and develop their potential, conducts an international internship programme. To reach its aim, AIESEC provides over 5,000 leadership positions, organises over 350 conferences, and runs an exchange programme that offers 3,500 members the opportunity to live and work in a foreign country.

Every year AIESEC targets students and recent graduates. This year, however, it plans to take in recent graduates and working professionals as AIESEC members.
