Nepal rights panel meet from tomorrow

HYDERABAD: The Nepali People's Right Protection Committee (India) is organising a two-day State convention here on July 23 and 24.

The protection committee president, Laxman Pant, and the State convener, G. S. Krishna, told reporters here on Thursday that the convention would deliberate on the prevailing situation in Nepal. The Nepal Government had violated human rights and arrested thousands of people, they said.

They appealed to the Indian Government to stop support to Nepal.
