Fire in school lab causes scare

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A fire outside the computer lab at the Holy Angels' Convent here caused a minor scare at the school on Thursday morning. According to the fire and rescue service, an electrical overload caused the switchboard to catch fire at 10.30 a.m. The fire did not spread as the school's electrician immediately switched off the main power supply.
