ONGC to sign MoU with L. N. Mittal today

NEW DELHI: The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) will enter into a tie up with the L. N. Mittal group, the global steel giant to collaborate in overseas oil projects.

The two companies are set to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) here on Saturday, which could lead to the creation of joint ventures or special purpose vehicles for undertaking activities including acquiring oil companies and oilfields abroad as well as other hydrocarbon related business.
