The JB Educational Society

J. Bhaskar Rao an entrepreneur who brought to Hyderabad its first revolving restaurant above the five star hotel, Bhaskar Palace, built in 1989 (later converted to Care Hospitals in 2000) is the man behind J.B Educational Society. JBES was started with an aim to build educational institutions, which provide quality education in Engineering, Medicine, Pharmacy, Managemet, Hotel Management and Information Technology. The society started JB Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in the year 1993, which is presently located next to JBIET, it offers a three-year degree course in BHMCT. JB Institute of Engineering & Technology established in 1998 is located on a sprawling campus of 100 acres, and affiliated to JNTU - Hyderabad, stands 4th with a success percentage of 95%. In 2002 the Joginipally BR Engg. College was established in the same campus. JBIET has one of the best Jawahar Knowledge centre in the state 40 final year CS & IT students from different colleges and six from JBIET. The main aim of JKC is to empower women in IT industry. Top IT industries, Institute for electronic governance, state government participate for the campus interviews at JBIET.

The modern infrastructure at the college includes well equipped classrooms, modern labs like E-Cad, Cad-Cam, power simulation lab, workshops, machine shops, sophisticated computer centres etc. The college has a spacious auditorium with a 300 seating capacity and is fully equipped with LCD projectors, PA systems etc. to conduct regular seminars, guest lectures, workshops and recreational activities. The Bio-Technology Department established in 2002, has Biochemistry, Microbiolgy and Instrumentation labs, which are well-furnished with all modern instruments and equipments. All these have been started to provide the students of this country with the best of education possible. Because a rightly educated generation is the real future of any nation.

Gokul Institute of technology and sciences

NRI Engineers and Doctors from USA and Singapore promote Gokul Institute of technology and sciences established in 2000 by Late Kanjerla Lakshminarayana Yadav former Minister Govt. of A.P. is promoted by NRI Engineers and Doctors from USA and Singapore. Gokul achieved an ISO 9001-2000 certification in the first year of establishment for the infrastructure and high qualified faculty from IIT/REC and other reputed universities.

Many students of the institute are from Singapore, West Bengal, Bihar, Orissa, Assam, Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Andaman Nicobar islands. The campus is situated in sprawling 90 acres of land with earthquake proof buildings and world class maintenance. Gokul has achieved 86% pass results in 2004 through quality education and the innovative systems. Gokul has got campus hotels as well as town hostels for boys and girls separately and the campus hostels are provided with computer and internet in each room and library with 20000 books open upto 9 pm. The network and capable directors of Gokul have enabled the campus placements from Wipro, HCL, Satyam, Infotech, Lanco, Vijaya Electricals etc. Further, Gokul is a member of FAPCII and Institute of Engineers.

Gokul is concentrating on coaching at campus to prepare for GATE, GRE, TOEFL, ILTE and JKF of JNTU and also long term coaching by oracle team for campus placements.

Aditya Institute of Engineering & Technology

Aditya, established in the year 2001, at Tekkali, Srikakulam Dist., under the management of a group of educationists and Philanthropists. Rtn. PHF. Dr. K. Someswara Rao, is the Chairman of the institution.

The institute is built-up with all the facilities and infrastructure in the area of 1,85,000 sq.ft. amidst 35 acres of green and serene atmosphere beside the Chennai-Kolkata High Way . It has separate hostels for both boys and girls with 24 hrs medical care. The couses offered here are ECE, CSE, EEE, IT, Mechanical and EIE besides MCA, a PG course of JNTU.

This college is equipped with a big library that comprises 15,000 volume of books and a digital library; well updated laboratories with 300 computer systems; spacious class rooms, indoor & outdoor games and sports. The institute also has a training & placement cell with over 70% of 1st batch students having already been absorbed in companies like Satyam, HSBC, Wipro etc., through campus interviews. Coaching for GATE, GRE, TOFEL, J2EE aspirants is a regular feature of this college.
