KPCC panel to draw up plan

KOZHIKODE: Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) has set up a nine-member committee headed by P.M. Suresh Babu to draw up a plan for the development of the State. The document, `Kerala Vision 2010,' will be a road map for the development for five years starting from November 1 this year.

The first meeting of the Kerala Vision committee will be held in Thiruvananthapuram on August 2.
