BANGALORE: A 13-member Indian squad will participate in the third Asian junior taekwondo championship, scheduled to be held at Almaty, Kazhakstan, from August.`9 to 21.India claimed four golds in the last Asian Championship held at Ho Chi Minh City in 2003. The team: Boys: S. Kevin Brown (finweight), Sunil Kumar (Fly weight), S.Johny Singh (bantam weight), Atul Jat (feather weight), M. Oken Meiti (lightweight ) and Prasoon Bajpai (welterweight). Girls: Jayati Pathak (finweight), S.Surbrbala Chanu (flyweight), Lal Remkimi (bantamweight), Nikita Meel (featherweight), Reshma Mohnan (lightweight), Aashu Yadav (middleweight) and K. Malini Devi (light-heavyweight). Coaches: Jasobanta Singh (boys) and Rajkumari Haripyari Devi (girls). Manager: P. Selvamani.
