Stamp duty reduced

HYDERABAD: The Government has reduced the stamp duty payable on registration of transactions by trade, industry and commerce, effective from August 1. Stamp duty on agreements relating to deposit of title deeds covering immovable properties will be 0.5 per cent of the loan amount, upto Rs. 50,000.
