Counselling: 1,346 more students admitted

HYDERABAD: In the ongoing engineering counselling, 1,346 students took admission on Thursday, the second day of counselling taking the total admitted number to 2,141. Candidates till the ranks of 3,500 were called.

An official said that 1,461 candidates registered on Thursday but only 1,346 took admission.

Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) and Computer Science Engineering (CSE) continued to be favoured by students. Surprisingly, aspirants for civil engineering also increased on the second day.

8.30 a.m. - 3,501 to 4,100

10.30 a.m. 4,101 to 4,700

12.30 p.m. 4,701 to 5,300

2.30 p.m. 5,301 to 6000
