Adventists Church projects

CHENNAI: Seventh-day Adventists Church, which has several educational institutions and welfare centres under its aegis, has undertaken dozens social and welfare projects in the State.

The organisation, based in Vandalur, runs Adventist Development and Relief Agency to rehabilitate tsunami victims.

The agency provided aid to build houses and purchase boats and nets.

It has also adopted several inundated villages for rehabilitation.

The organisation runs several educational institutions all over the country and orphanage homes to help poor students.
