THRISSUR: A 65-year-old woman and a 66-year-old man were killed in two separate road accidents in the district on Sunday. The police said the deceased were identified as Dakshayani of Kadavallur, near Kunnamkulam, and Panjikkaran Paulose of Potta, near Chalakkudy. The police said Dakshayani was killed when the autorickshaw she was travelling in was hit by a private bus at Kadavallur. Five others, including three children and the auto driver, were injured in the accident. Panjikkaran Paulose who was riding a bicycle was run over by a car at Potta.
