Tiger skin seized; three held

HYDERABAD:
The city police reportedly picked up three persons, including an electrician temporarily employed with the Nehru Zoological Park here, and seized the skin of a Bengal white tiger from them. The police also seized a deer skin and elephant tusk. According to police sources, electrician Raju and his associates allegedly committed theft of the skin which was put on display on the zoo premises some time ago. Sources said that based on Raju's confession, Task Force sleuths picked up the other two persons from Musheerabad area. The police are said to be looking out for more members of the gang.
