NEW DELHI: Capturing the essence and flavour of international cuisine, the Capital is all set to play host to the 3rd International Food, Drink and Hospitality Exhibition. The four-day exhibition opens at the sprawling Pragati Maidan here this Tuesday. To be inaugurated by the Union Minister for Food Processing Industries, Subodh Kant Sahai, the event will see the participation of several countries including Singapore, Thailand, Turkey and UAE besides the Indian states of Punjab, Haryana, Uttaranchal and Jammu and Kashmir.
