ECB norms relaxed

CHENNAI: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Monday announced relaxation of policies and procedures in respect of external commercial borrowing (ECB) by non-banking finance companies (NBFCs) and housing finance companies, pre-payment of of ECBs and credit enhancement of rupee denominated structured obligations.
