MYSORE: : The National Cricket Academy XI romped to a 147-run victory over the visiting Australian Cricket Academy XI in the three-day friendly encounter at the Infosys grounds here on Monday. National Cricket Academy having secured the vital first innings lead of 66-runs, went on to post 214 for four decl. in 60.5 overs. A responsible knock by opener Tanmay Srivatsav 87 (5x4s, x6s) and from middle-order batsman Mayank Tehlan (56 not out, 4x4s, 1x6s) helped it set a target of 281 runs for the Australian Cricket Academy. The Australian Academy XI's batsman were bowled out for 133 runs in 32 overs. The scores: National Cricket Academy 320 for nine decl. in 88.5 overs and 214 for four decl. in 60.5 overs (Tanmay Srivatsav 87, Mayank Tehlan 56 not out) bt Australian Cricket Academy XI 254 for nine in 65.3overs (Aiden Blizzard 112, Clint Heron 55, Rohit Sharma five for 52) and 133 in 32 overs (Aiden Blizzard 44, Ali Murtaza four for 11).
