Part time director on MUL board

NEW DELHI: Maruti Udyog on Tuesday said Surajit Mitra, Joint Secretary, Department of Heavy Industries, had been appointed as a part time director on the board of the company. His appointment will be subject to shareholders' approval in the general meeting, the company said.
