BANGALORE: The Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) has seven new bus services and extended the services on three other routes in the city. A BMTC release said the new buses introduced are: Kengeri to Hebbal (route no 501D/2) via Mariappanapalya, Papareddypalya, Goraguntepalya and Patalappa Layout; Hampinagar to Chikkabanawara (248B/5) via Kamakshiplaya, Hegganahalli and Jalahalli Cross; K.R. Market to Bommashettahalli (255M/1) via Anand Rao Circle, Malleswaram 8th and 11th Cross, Anchepalya and Huskur Cross; K.R. Market to Jinkebacchahalli (285CA/1) Mehkri Circle, Yelahanka, NES Office, Rajanukunte and Marasandra Cross; Shanthinagar to Kadugodi (500K/1) via Madiwala, Marathahalli Bridge and Satya Sai Hospital; Kempe Gowda Bus Station to Doddabidarakallu (263H/1) via Yeshwanthpur bus station, Suryodaya Mill and Nagasandra; and K.R. Market to Kaggalahalli (316Q/1) via Ulsoor, K.R. Puram Railway Station, Boodigere Cross and Manchanahalli junction. The following services have been extended: Kempe Gowda Bus Station to Nelamangala (258C/9) via Yeshwanthpur, Dasarahalli, and Arasinakunte; Kempe Gowda Bus Station to Attibele (360B/27) via K.H. Road, Bommanahalli and Electronics City; and K.R. Market to Shivanahalli (370/2) via Gurappanapalya, Kalkere, Bannerghatta and Ragihalli.
