Extend service tax deadline: chamber

NEW DELHI: The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry (Assocham) on Wednesday sought extension of deadline for payment of service tax to August 20 in Maharashtra and Gujarat in view of the difficulties faced by the corporates there due to torrential rains.
