Nanavati report in current session
Special Correspondent
NEW DELHI:
The Government will table the report of the Nanavati Commission, which probed the 1984 anti-Sikh riots in the capital, in Parliament during the current monsoon session, Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil told the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday.
``The Nanavati Commission report has been examined by the Home Ministry. We have prepared an Action Taken Report (ATR), which will be put before the Union Cabinet in a day or two. After clearance from the Cabinet, we will table the report and the ATR before Parliament,'' Mr. Patil said during zero hour.
