Winning accolades as always

IT IS yet another feather in the colourful cap of V. Irai Anbu, an IAS officer, who has been hibernating in Madurai for about four years now.

His paper `A study of HRM concepts in Tirukkural' submitted at the International Tirukkural Conference held in Columbia, Maryland, USA, has been chosen as the best.

The conference, in which leading Tamil scholars participated, was held from July 8 to 10.

The paper was presented in absentia. The prize carries US $ 1,000 and a certificate.
