PONDICHERRY: Volunteers of the students and youth wings of Puduchery Munnetra Congress (PMC) held a demonstration near the Assembly premises here on Thursday criticising what they called `the chaotic approach' by the Congress Government in Pondicherry in procuring equal sharing of seats under the government and management quotas in private medical colleges here.
