PONDICHERRY: A number of well-wishers, party leaders, legislators, officials and workers of the ruling Congress made a beeline to the residence of the Pondicherry Chief Minister, N. Rangasamy, to greet him on the occasion of his birthday on Thursday. Mr. Rangasamy, who completed 55, visited temples and offered prayers.
