Laughing away all worries

A day without laughter is a day wasted, said Charlie Chaplin. Laughter these days has become an organised venture, with laughing clubs and classes dotting the city providing relief to the stress-burdened professionals and executives. The laughter class organised by the Sri Sathya Sai Orphanage Trust in the city on Sunday was no different. Led by Narmakairali president Sukumar, the class focussed mostly on jokes taken from the Indian epics and from a joke book written by Bishop Mar Chrisostum. The two-hour class proved to be an ideal way for the participants to relax on a Sunday afternoon.
