PDS cards at supply offices

COIMBATORE: Collector S. Kosalaraman has announced that 79,967 cardholders yet to collect renewed family cards for 2005-09 from PDS outlets could collect them from respective taluk supply offices.

Applicants who had sought renewal or corrections should approach the special counters opened at the respective taluk supply offices with relevant documents.

Those who were issued chits at the PDS outlets on July 30 and 31 for getting their family cards would be given their cards at their residence by the taluk supply officials concerned. Until then, they could get commodities by furnishing their old card.
