The best of times, yet the worst

MONSOON MOODS: Monsoon is the worst of times for the fishing community, with the raging sea tossing the canoes around and the rainstorm threatening to blow away the frail huts on the coast. It is also the best of times, with the bounties of the depth s flowing freely into the fishing nets.
