NIRMAL (ADILABAD DT.): Telugu Desam Party (TDP) president and Leader of Opposition N. Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday smiled off a question on his efforts to form a third front at the national-level. He declined to answer "hypothetical questions" despite admitting to his recent talks on the issue with former Punjab Chief Minister Prakash Singh Badal. Nevertheless, he said: "Political vacuum does create new forces." Mr. Naidu was addressing a press conference at Nirmal town after a night's halt during his two-day road show in Adilabad district.
