Scrapbook memoir on Rajkumar

A DEDICATED FAN: B.S. Ramakrishna with his collage work on thespian Rajkumar

COLLECTING MEMORABILIA comes easy to him. It is more a habit than a hobby. For computer graphics and animation specialist B.S. Ramakrishna, quality and quantity matter.

This youngster searches the Internet, browses through shops selling old books and magazines and also asks around for anything in print that can be of use to him.

When the Kannada star Rajkumar was recently felicitated for having completed 50 years in the film world, Mr. Ramakrishna already had two scrapbooks full of material on the thespian. By then he had also embarked on another ambitious venture, a collage of Mr. Rajkumar's 50 years in movies. The collage has photographs of the veteran from almost every film of his. .

"Many of the clippings were with me for years before I thought of putting them into a large collage.

I plan to have it signed by Mr. Rajkumar," Mr. Ramakrishna said.
