Kamaraju to head Ranji Trophy selection panel

HYDERABAD: : Former Ranji Trophy player K.V.S.D. Kamaraju has been appointed chairman of the Ranji Trophy selection committee of the Andhra Cricket Association for the season 2005-2006 following its AGM at Anantapur on July 31according to a statement released by the ACA here on Thursday.

Selection committees: Ranji Trophy: chairman: K.V.S.D. Kamaraju (North); co-chairman: V. Chamundeswarinath; members: K. Chakradhara Rao (South), M.S. Kumar (North), G.N. Srinivasa Rao (Central); coach: Syed Abid Ali.

Under 22: chairman: K.S. Bhaskara Rama Murthy (North); members: G.V.V. Gopala Raju (North), D. Oscar Vinod Kumar (Central), D. Suresh (South); Coach: D. Vincent Vinay Kumar; manager: B. Bapuji (Vijayawada).

Under 19: chairman: V. Satya Prasad (South); members: A.G. Prasad (Central), R.S.R. Murthy (North), T. Srinivasa Rao (South); Coach: J. Krishna Rao; Manager: J.K.M. Raju (Vizag).

Under 17: chairman: G.S. Mallikarjuna Rao (Central); members: P.R. Ananda Murthy (South), U.M. Gandhi (Central), D.V.A.N. Raju (North); Coach: N. Nirmal Kumar; Manager: C.P. Reddy (Vizag).
