Henkel SPIC, Henkel India merger complete

CHENNAI: The merger of Henkel Spic India with Henkel India is operationally effective from July 20 and the equity shareholders of Henkel SPIC India will be issued equity shares of Henkel India in the ratio of 1:1. The new entity will synergise the manufacturing activities of both companies, says a company release.
