Special Olympics inaugurated

VISAKHAPATNAM: A colourful march past by special children marked the inauguration of the zonal-level Special Olympics for Mentally Challenged, organised by Arunodaya Special School in Ukkunagaram, in association with the Department for Disabled Welfare, at the Ukku Stadium here on Friday.

School chairperson and Visteel Mahila Samithi chief Chinnamma Sagar Rao inaugurated the event. Over 100 children from participating schools, including Lebenshilfe, BHPV Special School, PIMHANS and Women and Child Welfare Centre participated.
