ERODE: Students of Plus Two and Class X, though brilliant, were not able to obtain high marks because of the old pattern of examinations and hence steps were taken to bring some reforms, said D. Jagannathan, Director, Government Examinations, Chennai on Sunday. He was addressing the Founders' Day celebrations in Kongu Engineering College, Perundurai.
Reforms planned
This happened in the rural areas too. As a result, the Government had changed the question pattern in the Class X examination and the results were good.. So reforms would be introduced in the annual public examinations too. The former Vice-Chancellor of the Madurai Kamaraj University, S.V.
