Alex magic does him proud

S.R. Ashok Kumar

CHENNAI: Actor Alex, after his performance in nearly 60 films, is now in the news for a different reason. His non-stop magic show for 24-hours last year has earned him a place in the Guinness Book of Records. He has done a similar feat in front of 59,276 children on a single day to enter the Limca Book of records. He is also a mind reader and his 12-hour `mind reading' act won him a place in the Limca Book of Records.

When President Abdul Kalam visited Coimbatore recently, the actor called on him. Mr. Kalam lauded Alex for his achievements, and presented the Guinness Record Certificate and the book to him. Alex has also received the best villain actor award from Tamil Nadu Government.
