LUCKNOW: Giving the Delhi Government an ultimatum, Uttar Pradesh Transport Minister Naresh Agarwal on Tuesday warned that Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) buses would not be allowed to enter U.P. if a formal agreement on plying of buses between the two States is not reached by August 15. ``U.P. has been incurring heavy losses in the absence of any formal agreement or conditions on plying of buses between the two States. If the agreement is not drawn up by August 15, the entry of DTC buses in the State would be stopped from the next day,'' Mr. Agarwal said. During a meeting between the two governments in August last year, it was decided that upon entering the other State, buses would be made to ply on the basis of kilometres and not trips, he said. He said it was also decided that equal number of Delhi and U.P. buses would ply in Noida and Greater Noida. -- PTI
