Pakistan's acting Governor-General, Major-General Iskander Mirza, on August 10 asked Chaudhuri Mohammed Ali, leader of the Muslim League Assembly Party, to form a new Government. Chaudhuri Mohammed Ali was Finance Minister in the Cabinet headed by Mr. Mohammed Ali, which has resigned.
